It’s just March and the temperatures are already soaring! It’s very important to maintain your body temperature by keeping it cool. It can get very scorching during the summers and not taking proper care can result in exhaustion and other heat-related issues such as sunstroke and hence proper hydration during the summer is a must.

Fruits and vegetables juices are full of fiber, vitamins, minerals and nutrients that help to keep your immune system healthy and build resistance against outside antibodies.
