Welcome to the world of superpower! A lot of companies are inventing something new every day. Something that makes life easier for some and more complicated in terms of technology. So, here we will talk about 5 future technologies that have the capability to furnish a visible transformation worldwide.

  1. 760 mph Hyperloop Trains
760 mph Hyperloop Trains Elon Musk

What is it?

  • No more waste of time on commuting!

Just imagine, your train compartment hurtling down a tunnel at the speed of a commercial jet airliner. Yes, you read it right!

How does it work?

  • The Hyperloop is proposed to be made up of aluminum pods inside a set of two steel tubes for one direction each.
  • The positioning of tubes would be on the top of pylons separated by almost 100 feet of which 20 feet is in the air. The tubes will be covered by solar arrays to generate solar power.

Benefits?

  • Much Lower construction costs than any existing proposed railway projects.
  • The tube would generate its own power.
  • Travel between San Francisco and LA would occur in 35 minutes as compared with 7.5 hours by train.

2. Space Balloon

What is it?

  • Want to explore Space? Yes, it’s approachable now. Instead of a spaceship, you just need to take a balloon.
  • Tourists would be able to approach the stratosphere which is 32km above Earth on hot air balloons.

How does it work?

  • The sender can directly report the location, height, speed, and other relevant information through the Automatic Packet Reporting System (APRS) which is an amateur radio communications system.

Benefits?

  • The tourist would be experiencing a thrilling and cost-effective journey into

3) Self-driving Trucks

What is it?

  • Driving a truck 11 hours a day is stressful, dangerous, and prompt to accidents.
  • While Otto does the driving, drivers could take a nap and relax in the cab.

How does it work?

  • Based on Truck Platooning Technology, a new tactic in driving that consists of a number of trucks connected digitally to travel in sync, hence reducing the drag.
  • A platoon is created which is more or less like a series of vehicles in auto-racing mode

Benefit?

  • Cheaper to run than regular rigs and drives more smoothly, thereby increasing fuel efficiency.
  • Runs on longer routes because Computers never get tired or need comfort breaks.

4. Smart Contact Lenses

What is it?

  • Directly from the world of supervision: Smart Contact Lenses can provide humans a super-human vision. It will give heads-up displays, video cameras, and medical sensors.
  • Nothing can be perfect than eyeballs to implement high technology on.

How does it work?

  • Smart contact lenses are worn as well as removed by the user. This will not need any type of surgery.

Benefits?

  • The chief objective which the lens satisfies is treating farsightedness, which goes on to affect around 1 billion people worldwide.
  • They harvest energy with every blinking when exposed to light.

5. Human Head Transplants

Italian Doctor who will be performing the worlds first Head Transplant next year

What is it?

  • Sounds unreal, right? Head transplantation involves decapitating the patient.
  • A body transplant where the head will gain a new body to control.
  • Dr Sergio Canavero, an Italian surgeon, plans to do the first human head transplant next year. Watch the video here.

How does it work?

  • The first step is to cool down the head to be attached to 10 – 12°C to make sure that the cells can survive without oxygen for short duration. After that, the tissue around the neck is cut followed by separating of the spinal cord from both bodies using an extremely sharp blade.

Benefits?

  • To preserve human being from a coma.
  • It will have the potential to fix severe medical conditions and alleviate suffering.

Are these not some of the areas that stretch our imagination to a whole new level while having a sense of realism etched on them?
