This is a heartrending story of the love and sorrow felt by a little male sparrow for his mate. She was hit by a car as she swooped low across a road and was injured and died soon after.
A sparrow swoops across the road and is knocked down and fatally injured by an oncoming car. A photographer watches carefully as the tender mercies of life and death unfold.
The tiny sparrow is unable to fly and looks back to see its mate, who immediately responds to the fallen companion. With unfailing devotion, the sparrow continued to bring food and tended to her with love and compassion.. Frequently, the tiny sparrow calls out in distress, but nothing can be done to change the fateful outcome.
The little sparrow looks on as death becomes inevitable for the injured bird, yet it responds with endless love until the final moment… when all is lost.
The photographer watches in awe as the little sparrow tries to revive the fallen bird. It makes several attempts to lift its companion into the air and push her to get her to move, not yet aware that the little bird has died.
He stood beside her, not understanding what happened. When the cruel truth gets into him, that his beloved is never going to fly with him again – he cries from a broken heart…Then the sparrow releases its clutches and steps back to mourn the death of its beloved companion. Aware that his mate is dead and will never come back to him again, he cries out with sorrow. Finally, aware that she would never return to him, he stood beside her body and sang his mournful song.
The distressful chirping of the sparrow echoes through the streets and its sounds as if the little bird is calling out in anguish. All that is left is the reality that this life is fragile and incomplete.

Life is too short to live with grudges. Grudges are a waste of perfect happiness. Laugh when u can, apologize when u should and let go of what u can not change. Love deeply, forgive quickly and take chances. Give everything and have no regrets for life is too short to be unhappy.
